The starting line of began in 1908 by William J. Riley. Seeing that a better arch support was needed in shoes, Riley manufactured a shoe with a more comfortable feel. New Balance is one of the oldest sports footwear companies from the United States. The company stays persistent releasing a variety of sneakers for sport and lifestyle. Fans of the brand new Re-Engineered will be happy to hear that new colorways are on the way. One of those said colorways has the updated version of the 999 come in an all-Grey upper.
The New Balance 999 Re-Engineered comes dressed in a Grey suede upper. The shoe is undoubtedly lighter than the original 999. The seamless look of the shoe ends up giving i more of a modern look. A detailed look shows that perforations appear on the toe and ankle regions. The “N ” branding on th side panels is raised as well. A REVlite midsole assures that your feel will be comfortable throughout your wear.
The opts to tone things down a bit with this latest released colorway. Taking the tonal route and using one of the most neutral colors of all-time dons a perforated suede upper done in a Grey colorway. Two different suede textures appear on the upper, hairy and smooth. Eve more of the same hue can be seen on the lining, branding, laces . Leather accents are spotted throughout such as on the heel, tongue and lining. Giving the shoe a touch of class is the Gum sole noted below.
We’ve waited long enough, the colette x in the Grey and Blue colorway is now up for grabs.This collaboration celebrates the model’s 20th anniversary. The shoe comes with a Grey hue placed on the premium suede/synthetic makeup with perforations noted on the front portion of the shoe. Colette’s signature Blue hue takes care of the back portion to help give the shoe a “split” look. Additional features include the matching laces, the embossed “N” logo across its sides and the additional branding placed on the tongue and heel. Lastly, the sneaker is sitting on top of a light grey/white REVlite sole unit.
